That seems like a logical spot, doesn't it? We will start from the beginning and see where this road takes us.
One thing is for sure the conditions we meet in the future will vary. Some days will be smooth, and others the potholes will seem to want to swallow us up. However, by persistence, and patience, we will make it to our destination.
What is our destination, you ask? I guess that's the beginning, isn't it?
We are on a journey to find that new job. In some cases it may be a first job. Our purposes for the journey vary from person to person. Some want to improve their financial situation, others to better balance work and family lives. Some may feel they are not fully utilizing the skills and education they have worked so hard to gain. Still another set, those first time job seekers, may just be testing the waters to find out what this "work" stuff is all about.
Regardless of motivation, we all are headed to that one destination-a job.
Let me introduce myself, I'll be your guide on this remarkable journey. My name is Jack Lee Wiles, though those closest to me call me Lee. I am a college graduate in Business Administration with over thirty years of experience both as a recruiter, and a job seeker coach. I hope to share from that experience with my readers in the posts on this blog. I'll also entertain questions and where possible incorporate responses to them in my various posts.
